The hotel provided free breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food could have been better but it was more than other hotels.
I was told that the mini bar was free. What I was not told is that there was a service fee everyday if you used it or not. So I ended up paying $60 for 1 7up.

Quincy Hotel was very nice for business, clean, friendly and service minded staff. Placed behind Orchard Road was also very convinient.
Food was complenetary with the stay. However, food was on the low end of avarage in Singapore. Do not take the stay for the free food.
